Crie uma Nova Apn:

Nome: AleluiaClaro ( Pode ser qualquer um kkkkkkk)

APN: wap.claro.com.br

Proxy: 200.169.126.11

Porta: 8799

Tipo autenticação: PAP

Tipo APN: Default ou nenhuma, (faça teste qual funciona melhor).

Você pode usar varios Clients, como o OpenVPN Connect, OpenVPN Black Line e etc.

Estarei Disponibilizando Alguns servidores, você pode usar o ZPN, VPNGATE ou até mesmo o VPNBOOK.
