Steps To Get Custom URL For Google+ Profile 

1. First of all go to Google+ ( plus.google.com ) and Sign In to your account.
2. Click on your profile. In your profile, you will see the blue color notification on the top right corner  asking for getting custom URL.
3. Click on that notification button " Get it "
4. Now, you will be asked to choose your custom URL. Choose your custom URL.
5. After choosing custom URL, click on " Change URL "

Now you are done with your Google+ profile custom URL.

Important Notice: After getting Google Plus Custom URL, you wont be able to change it. You can only change its format like if you have custom URL - plus.google.com/+googlechrome, then you can change its format to plus.google.com/+GoogleChrome.
