Belly fat is becoming common now a days due to our unhealthy diet, not doing exercise everyday etc. Belly fat depends 80% on our diet. If we take healthy diet i.e. food without fatty oils, fruits, green vegetables etc. there will no chance to increase belly fat.
We have some tips to reduce belly fat.

1. Eat Right :


The best way to reduce belly fat is to eat right because belly fat depends 80% on our diet i.e. if we eat right, there will be no chance of increasing belly fat.
• We should take healthy and well balanced diet to make belly flatter.
• Avoid fast food and junk food ( oily food ).
• Eat lots of fruits and raw vegetables ( or cooked vegetables ).
Eating right is the best way to make remain belly flatter. This method has many other health benefits like it reduces heart problems, joints pain and also kills tiredness.


2. Water :



Water is the best medicine to cure 80 to 90 % of health diseases. Drinking water at right time will help to cure many health diseases. Drinking lot of water flush out toxins from our body and reduces stomach problems ( constipation ) which will help us to reduce belly fat and makes our belly flatter within less number of days.
• Make habit to drink 10 to 12 glasses of water everyday.
• Not only drink water when you get thirsty but make habit to drink a glass of water after every half an hour.
• Drink 2-3 glasses of water when you get up in the morning without even brushing your teeth.
• Drink 2 glass of water half an hour before every meal.( dont eat and drink anything between half an hour period ).
• Drink 2 glasses of water before going to bed in summer season and 1 glass of water in winter season.

3. Short Bursts of Exercise :


Exercise is the best way to cure many health diseases. Doing short bursts of exercise is very helpful to our health. Doing short bursts of exercise instead of working out for hours will help us to reduce belly fat in a very less time period.
• Get up early in the morning and do light walk.
• After a light walk, start running for a few seconds and then go back to walking.

4. Reduce Sugar and Sodium in your Diet :


Sugar contains carbohydrates, which are responsible for increasing belly fat as well as body fat if we take too much sugar. Sugar is necessary to our body to get proper carbohydrates but if we take sugar in excess, it will result in increasing belly fat.

On the other hand Sodium is also necessary to our body which we take daily in the form of salt. If we take too much salt in our diet, it will directly effect our belly.
• You can take alternative sweeteners like honey, palm sugar and licorice extract. ( honey is best to reduce fat).
• You can add some spices like pepper and herbs. ( this will reduce the salt requirement ).
• Dont take too much sugar and salt after 7 pm.
By reducing sugar and salt intake will help to stop increasing belly fat.



5. Vitamin C:


Vitamin C is best the agent to reduce unnecessary fat present in our body. Vitamin C help to increase the secretion of creatinine which helps to convert body fat into energy.
Another benefit of Vitamin C is that it helps to block cortisol. Cortisol is a hormone that is secreted by the body when someone is under stress. Rise in cortisol level results in increasing belly fat.
• You can take mixture of 2 glasses of water, one teaspoon lemon juice and honey. Drink it empty stomach.
• You can drink lemon water in summers, ( dont add sugar or salt ).

• The best time for sleeping is between 10 pm and 6 am.
Dont sleep more than 8 hours in a day as too much sleep and lack of sleep will result in increasing of excess fat.
